LEE SUTTON FRONT PAGE NEWS - September 1, 2008

The Lee Sutton Racing team entered a pair of Dirt Late Model events in Alabama and Georgia over the Labor Day holiday weekend! At the Fort Payne Motor Speedway in Fort Payne, Alabama on Saturday night, August 30, Lee Sutton sported a great racecar and finished fourth in the A-Main behind winner Robert Stutts, Robert Gants, and Mike Bruner. A night later, the Rome Speedway in Rome, Georgia played host to the annual 'Rome Boss.' Lee was up to seventh in the $3,000 to win feature event before a broken lower control arm led to a sixteenth place effort.

LEE SUTTON FRONT PAGE NEWS - August 25, 2008

Lee Sutton and his #L7 team invaded the venerable Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia last Saturday night, August 23. The O'Reilly Southern Allstars Series (OSAS) sanctioned a $5,000 to win event at the Atlanta-area venue last Saturday. Lee was forced to take use of a provisional to gain access into the main event and was up to the eleventh position before finishing eighteenth. LEE SUTTON FRONT PAGE NEWS - August 18, 2008

The Lee Sutton Racing team traveled to the Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, Georgia (August 15) and the Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia (August 16) last weekend. At Lavonia on Friday, Lee Sutton timed in fourteenth fastest in Advance Auto Parts Thunder Series (AAPTS) qualifying and later passed six cars in the $4,000 to win A-Main to notch an eighth place performance. On Saturday at Dixie, Lee qualified ninth quickest and was battling for the fifth spot early in the A-Main before an unfortunate incident relegated him to a twenty-second place finish. LEE SUTTON FRONT PAGE NEWS - August 11, 2008

Lee Sutton and his #L7 team recorded a pair of Top Five efforts over the August 8-9 weekend at the North Georgia Speedway in Chatsworth, Georgia and the Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia. Lee finished fourth at North Georgia on Friday night behind Gary McPherson, Kevin Gibson, and Jake Knowles. He then registered a third place performance on Saturday at Dixie behind Gary McPherson and Jake Knowles.
